KJCO is working with the Silver Islet Harbour Association (SIHA) and partners to develop a comprehensive Strategic Plan which will identify opportunities to enhance the organization and harbour operations.
The Strategic Plan will serve as a roadmap to guide the organization’s growth while meeting visitor and industry needs. Karen and Natasha had the opportunity to visit the beautiful, quaint and pristine community of Silver Islet this summer to meet with stakeholders, commercial operators and community residents.
